Kaveen is an Award-winning Board/Governance professional, an experienced leader and CFO, data analytics enthusiast and passionate and coach, educator and business strategist.

Kaveen is a Fellow of CPA Australia (FCPA) and has spent more than 15 years working in and leading high performance finance teams in blue chip companies including BHP Billiton, Xstrata and Glencore. Kaveen was the recipient of The Commonwealth Bank Treasurers’ Awards and has served on several Not-For-Profit Boards.

In addition to his financial, data and governance expertise he is a warm and engaging communicator and has many years of experience coaching finance focused professionals to perform at their optimum level.

Kaveen is passionate about keeping his knowledge at the cutting edge and educating professionals.  For this reason, he is also a sessional academic for Australia’s No 1 online MBA in the field of Financial Management and Data Analytics.   He is renowned for his ability to explain complex concepts in an easy to understand and relatable way. 

He has published work in the area of Sustainability Reporting and  more recently on the potential linkages between climate change and finance.  He is committed to making a difference in his profession and leveraging his experience and personal drive to provide engaging coaching sessions and outcome orientated consultancy services.
